Boguslaw Osiak

My name is Boguslaw Osiak. I was born in Oleksin in 1944. I am married to Grazyna and we have got to sons. My oldest boy is Viktor and my youngest is called Albert. We live in Upplands Vaesby in Sweden. I also got a daughter from a former marriage. Her name is Rebecka Lindberg and she is born in Stockholm in 1973.

At the photo you see my grandfather Stanislaw and my grandmother Franciszka Osiak. There are also their children. My grandmothers maiden name is Cyran. Their home burned down during the war and at the photo they have been given shelter in Laczka. My father worked as an organist in the nearby town Oleksin to support the family.

Photo of my father (Jozef), mother (Halina), my brother (Andrzej) and myself (Boguslaw). The photo was taken in Wola Gulowska in 1948 where my father worked as an organist in the local church. My brother Andrzej was born in 1945.

In the summer 1944 I were only a few months old. Everything was new to me, and the world pretty exciting. Picture of my parents Jozef och Halina Osiak and me in 1944.

Here we are in Stanin in 1951. Halina, Jozef, Andrzej, my youngest brother Stanislaw and I (Boguslaw). The photo is taken the same year as my kid brother Stanislaw was born outside our house.

My father worked as a teacher in Sienciaszka in 1954. Here he is with his pupils.

Wrzosek
My grandmother visited us in Sienciaszka in 1954. My father worked there as a teacher and we lived in the teachers apartment in the school. The picture shows Halina, grandma' Felicja Kukla (Wrzosek) and my father, Jozef. The children from the left: Andrzej, Stanislaw and Boguslaw. Grandma' died in 1956 in Oleksin where all of her family origin from.

This is my grandmother Felicja Kukla (maiden name Wrzosek) sister Aniela Kielak and her husband. Aniela Kielaks maiden name was Wrzosek. The picture is taken in 1920 before her husband went to the front in Ukraine where he was killed in combat as a Polish soldier in General Josef Pilsudskis army. They fought against the Russian Red Army.
